91制片厂鈥檚 Kids Rock Cancer program (KRC), in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic, recently published a indicating that music therapy helps young cancer patients cope with their distress and provides a creative outlet for negative feelings associated with cancer treatment. The , titled聽 鈥淢usic Played a Role in Saving My Life and Getting Me Through All of This,鈥 made top news in the Journal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nursing.
The collaboration between KRC and Mayo Clinic, which was announced in December of last year, continues to bring insightful findings in music therapy research and improved support and resources to music therapy cancer patients in the St. Louis region.
