Maryville Symphony Orchestra<\/a> will perform classical music of the season during their \u201cGift of Music\u201d concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13, at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 13765 Olive Boulevard, in Chesterfield.<\/p>\n

The opening piece, titled \u201cChristmas Jubilee Overture,\u201d was composed by Davis Brown, JD, assistant professor of political science at Maryville.<\/p>\n

\nMSO serves the community through performing the best in classical orchestral and chamber music. The orchestra’s purpose is to encourage interest in audiences to actively attend and support live classical music, and to offer a professional environment for both amateur and professional performers.
