Faculty, staff and students also contributed to Kids Rock Cancer by making donations during lunch during the week prior to the event. As donations were collected, names were written on red guitar and star cut-outs and displayed on a wall in Gander Dining Hall.<\/p>\n
Kids Rock Cancer, Maryville\u2019s innovative music therapy <\/a>program, helps children and teens successfully cope with the emotional challenges accompanying a cancer diagnosis by writing and recording a song.
